Yesterday, ATI kicked off their 5830-series video cards. I've linked in a couple reviews below that I feel showcased the product best. With this card in particular, each vendor's product is quite different as there is no reference design, so be sure to choose carefully when looking at these. After the issuses with Asus's Radeon 5850 mentioned here, here, and here, I'd stay away from their solution, although it looks quite tempting.
